Francine joined Cumax Wealth Management Limited in the capacity of Risk & Compliance Manager on December 1, 2021.

In her current role, she assists the organization in meeting its compliance, risk management, and regulatory objectives by providing support in the areas of corporate governance, information security, regulatory compliance, and financial and operational risks; and is especially critical in the creation, implementation, review and oversight of policies and procedures that support the Company’s risk management efforts and regulatory objectives.

Francine’s industry experience spans a decade, as, prior to joining Cumax she held several key roles in operations, investment research, investment banking, portfolio analysis and administration, reconciliations and regulatory reporting. She also served on the Asset & Liability Committee and other committees during a significant course of her tenure, contributing to the development of various strategic initiatives. Francine is a graduate of the University of the West Indies, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics and Minor in Economics.
