Mr Winston Fletcher is President of the Quality Network Limited (QNET), Immediate Past President of the Jamaica Co-operative Credit Union League (JCCUL), Immediate Past Chairman of the Credit Union Fund Management Company Limited (CUFMC), and Immediate Past President of the Caribbean Confederation of Credit Unions (CCCU). 

He has a thirty (30) year track record of performance in Strategic Leadership and Operations Management that traverses disciplines of engineering, manufacturing, and education and training, the last eighteen in educational leadership. 

He holds certification in engineering and management, with a Full Technological Certificate in Electrical Engineering from the University of Technology, Jamaica (UTech), a B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Management Studies and a MBA in International Business from the University of the West Indies (UWI). Retired, he now consults in the areas of Strategic Management & Planning, TVET Administration, Labour Market Analysis, and Workforce Development.
