Mr. Gilbert is currently the President of PWD Credit Union and has served on its Board since 2001. He is currently the Treasurer on the League’s Board. He is also the Senior Director, of Finance and Accounts at the Department of Correctional Services and a part-time lecturer at Northern Caribbean University. 

Mr. Gilbert holds a Master of Science – Accounting and a Bachelors of Business Administration.
