Cumax Wealth Management Limited (formerly Credit Union Fund Management Limited – CUFMC) was incorporated in August 2005 as the wealth and asset management arm of the Credit Union Movement. The Credit Union Fund Management Company was formed out of the need for Credit Union members to access foreign currency investments as well as other wealth accumulation products.
The company was rebranded on March 24, 2021 as it seeks to spread its clientele to serve the wider community. The company is a subsidiary of the Jamaica Co-operative Credit Union League and is licensed by the Financial Services Commission (F.S.C.) as a Securities Dealer. We are a member of the Jamaica Stock Exchange, Pension Fund Manager, a Pension Fund Administrator and an approved Collective Investment Scheme (CIS) Fund Manager.
CUMAX is a prudent, shareholder/client- centric, technology-enabled employer of choice; delivering 12.5% return on shareholder equity.
